Multi-family residential building located within a consolidated urban environment, designed with contemporary architecture and warm natural materials. The project combines functionality, natural light and private outdoor spaces while integrating respectfully into the existing urban fabric.

Design and construction management of a development of 4 terraced single-family houses featuring contemporary architecture based on exposed brickwork and natural light. The project explores the relationship between privacy and outdoor spaces, combining a timeless architectural language with efficient and functional construction solutions.

Complete renovation of a Modernist-period house while preserving original features such as timber ceilings, carpentry and architectural proportions. The intervention combines the historic character of the building with a contemporary and functional interior design.

I am Francesc Olivé, an architect. I design spaces with meaning, functionality and beauty, and I see architecture as a tool to improve people’s lives and their surroundings.

I work on both new builds and renovations, studying each client’s needs to turn them into liveable, comfortable spaces with character. I guide the whole process, from the first idea to on-site construction management.
